DC RESIDENCE

This project was a total renovation of a 3 story + basement historic row house. The plan is centered around a steel and glass stair. The floors are clear maple and walnut millwork was utilized for the kitchen cabinetry. Frosted glass panels help catch light and organize the plan on the third floor. The first floor contains a gallery space and separate living quarters. The stair was fabricated by Gronning Design + Manufacturing.
