Washington DC - 2005
Gronning Architects was commissioned for the renovation of
a 1600 SF ground floor space into a new 65 seat seafood restaurant
located in the Dupont Circle area of Washington. This project
included the design and coordination of all aspects of the
restaurant. The project utilizes existing elements such as
exposed brick, tin ceiling and window treatments and introduces
new forms of stainless steel, woodwork and granite. Gronning Architects/NILS
contracting provided general contractor services for construction.
Gronning Architects also provided fabrication services for all structural
steel, stainless steel, and finish carpentry work
